...who was on his way to help Torie hand out candy. (Heir 1 has had this costume ready for over a month. He picked the components out of the trash at Food Lion -- except for one of the antennae, which we had on hand).As for Dirtman and me -- we hung around for our one trick-or-treater -- well, one family. Then I went to bed and watched House. Yippee.

Heir 1's costume looks just like one I made when I was 12, only my head was found behind the local Baskin Robbins. And my box must have been too big because I seem to remember falling on someone's front stoop and not being able to get back up (a la Christmas Story Boy in the snow suit). My brother was watched in glee as he continued pilfering.
We had exactly zero Trick-or Treaters. Which I knew even when I bought the big bag of candy. 8-}
At least they had fun! They're cute...
