It was on purpose, actually. Gluing them to their head while they're growing encourages the ears to look perkier, supposedly. So far they haven't staying glued beyond a few days, so I don't know how much good it's doing. We'll see...at least now I can use that as an excuse when they ignore me when I tell them to do something.
