What's a spritz cookie? Are they as pretty as the sugar they leave behind? (Wait, I could just google them instead of bugging you, huh? I'll do that...you wait here.)
You know: butter cookies that are made through a cookie press. We always called the spritz cookies to differentiate between them and the ones you roll and cut out. And, frankly, the residue is prettier than the actual cookies, though not as functional.
